David Haye Coach

I’ll get you from where you are to where you want to be.

Start with a penny. Seven days, me in your corner morning and night, and you weigh in at the end of it. Stay on and it’s three pounds a day, with your supplement stack, £89.95 on their own site, free for your first three months. No calorie counting.

7 days for 1p · then £3 a day

Same me. The fat is the difference.

The three men below are all me, same 85.5 kg of lean muscle underneath. Only the body fat on top changes. That fat line is the one thing we’re moving, and everything else follows it.

You don’t see obese 90 year olds. The science agrees, there are no obese centenarians.

The Muscle line reads 85.5kg on all three, and that never changes. The Fat line is the whole story.

Risk, testosterone and lifespan figures are indicative, drawn from large obesity and overweight studies mapped to these body-fat levels. General guidance, not medical advice.

Step 1 of 3 · your number, then your plan, then you’re in

Why it works

Your body is a hybrid.

It runs on two fuels. There’s the petrol, which is the carbs you eat, and there’s the battery, which is the fat you’re already carrying.

Your body will always take the easy one. Every time you top up the petrol, it never has a reason to touch the battery. That’s why a man can train hard for months, feel knackered, and still look exactly the same.

Fuel one
The petrol

Bread, rice, pasta, sugar, beer. Quick to burn, easy to top up, and the moment it’s in you your body stops looking anywhere else.

Fuel two
The battery

The fat round your middle. Every kilo of it is stored energy your body already paid for. It only gets used when the petrol runs low.

Bring the carbs down, put the protein up, and your body switches over to the fuel you’re already wearing.

Protein is the other half of it. It keeps you full, so you’re not raiding the cupboard at nine o’clock. And it protects your muscle while the fat comes off, which matters, because losing weight and losing fat are two different things. Anyone can lose weight. You want to lose the fat and keep what’s underneath.

That’s it. That’s the whole philosophy. Carbs down, protein up, let the body eat itself lean.

Your number

So how much are you actually carrying?

Two pictures and three boxes. No scales of judgement, and I’m not asking for your email.

1

Which one looks most like you now?

Go with your gut. Tap the closest.

2

Which one do you want to be?

Pick the shape you’re chasing.

3

Training at the moment?

Honest answer. It changes what I put in front of you.

To get to that body, you need to shed roughly
0kg of fat
and nothing else.
Steady
2 kg a month
You’d be there by -
Very doable. Most men who stick at it land somewhere around here without it taking over their life.
Hard
1 kg a week
You’d be there by -
Twice the pace, and I won’t pretend it’s easy. It’s a proper commitment for a few months.

Right. So how do you actually do it?

Cutting the carbs is simple to say and hard to hold. When you drop them, your body has to switch over, and while it’s switching most men feel flat, sleep badly, and pack it in by week three. That’s not weak will. That’s usually being short of the stuff your body needs to run properly in the first place.

So here is what I’ve put together, and it is all in for £3 a day.

  • Your supplement stack free for three months, worth £89.95 on their own site, sorted for where you are in life
  • A check-in from me morning and night, and voice notes every day in my own voice, knowing your full situation
  • Your weight tracked against the date above, so you always know if you’re on it or off it
