No lock-ins, no cancellation fees, no phone call where somebody tries to talk you out of it. Here is exactly how it works.
You can cancel any time. Email enquiries@davidhayeaccountability.com and say you want to cancel. A human picks it up.
Once you cancel, you keep everything until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you are not charged again. Nothing is cut off early.
Under UK law you have 14 days from joining to change your mind.
Once a month's stack has been posted to you, that month is not refundable.
That is not us being difficult. Sealed food supplements cannot be resold once they have left the warehouse, so that month's cost has genuinely gone. It is also how the law treats sealed health goods once they are dispatched.
Before your stack has shipped, you are covered by the normal 14 day rules above. If you want out and your parcel has not gone yet, tell us quickly and you get your money back.
Membership runs month to month, and months already paid for are not refunded. Cancel whenever you like and you simply will not be charged again. You keep everything until the month runs out.
On the yearly plan, if you cancel part way through we will refund the unused whole months, less the value of any stacks already sent to you.
If something has genuinely gone wrong, if we did not deliver, or you were charged in error, email us. We will sort it. We would rather fix a problem than keep money we have not earned.
Cards expire and banks block things. If a payment fails we try again over the following few days and let you know. Your check-ins and your voice notes keep coming while that happens. The only thing held back is that month's stack, because nothing ships until it is paid for.
If it still has not gone through after seven days, your membership pauses rather than disappears. Your history and your streak stay exactly where they are, and you pick it back up by updating your card.
Your stack is included for your first three months. From month four your programme becomes £134.95 a month with your stack included, because we keep contributing £45 a month towards it. You can drop the stack at any point and stay on the coaching at £89.95.
We tell you 14 days before, and again 3 days before, in plain words, with one tap to drop the stack or to stop altogether. You will never find that charge without having been told twice.
If we close your membership for a reason that is not your fault, we refund the unused part of what you have paid.
Nothing here takes away your legal rights as a consumer under UK law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
