These are the terms you agree to when you join David Haye Coach. Plain English, no games.
David Haye Coach is operated by D HAYE AI LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 14547447), registered office Woodgate House, 2 to 8 Games Road, Cockfosters, Hertfordshire, EN4 9HN. VAT number GB 498876594. In these terms, "we" and "us" means D HAYE AI LTD, and "you" means you, the member.
Questions about anything below: enquiries@davidhayeaccountability.com.
This is a one way programme, and we want you to know that before you pay. You log your numbers and we send you coaching back. It is not a live conversation, and there is nobody to message for an instant reply. What you write is read and it shapes what you get next, but it does not get answered in the moment.
The programme is personal to you. Your link is your account, so keep it to yourself. You may not share your access, forward your voice notes, or resell any part of it.
£89.95 a month, or £864 a year
If we ever change the price, we will tell you at least 30 days before it takes effect, and you are free to cancel before it does.
If you join on the penny week, your first seven days cost one penny. Nothing else is charged during those seven days and no supplements are sent. Your week ends exactly seven days after you joined, to the minute, and we tell you that date and time by text and by email when you join. Unless you have stopped it before then, using the Stop link in your text or email, your membership carries on from that moment at £89.95 a month, and your stack goes out free for your first three months. Stop before then and you are never charged another penny. One penny week per person.
As part of the programme we text you from +44 7576 538158 and email you from coach@davidhayecoach.com: your check-in link every morning, your welcome note and your reviews, the date and time your penny week ends, and anything about your payments. These are part of the service, not marketing, and they stop when your membership ends. Your own network may charge you for messages.
The supplements are made and shipped by Zapply, not by us. We arrange them for you as part of your membership. If a parcel does not arrive, arrives damaged, or something is wrong with it, tell us and we will sort it out with them.
Supplements are food supplements. They are not medicines, they do not treat or cure anything, and they are not a substitute for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
If someone joins because of you, your next month of coaching is free. You still pay £45 that month if you are keeping your stack. There is no limit on how many friends you can bring.
Read this part properly.
David Haye Coach is a fitness, nutrition and accountability programme. It is not a medical service. Nobody here is your doctor, and nothing you are told is a diagnosis, a treatment or a prescription.
Talk to your GP before you start, especially if you have a health condition or an injury, you are taking medication, or you are unsure. Do the same before changing what you eat or taking any supplement.
If anything you tell us suggests you should see a doctor, we will say so. That is not a medical opinion, it is us telling you to go and get one.
You can cancel any time. How that works, and when a refund applies, is set out on our Refunds and Cancellation page.
We can end a membership if it is being misused, if a payment cannot be taken, or if we stop running the programme. If we end it for a reason that is not your fault, we refund the unused part of what you have paid.
We cannot promise a specific result, a specific weight, or a specific date. What we can promise is that the coaching turns up. Any projected date you see is worked out from your own numbers and moves as they move.
Nothing here takes away your rights as a consumer under UK law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
