DAVID HAYE COACH

Privacy Policy

Last updated 16 August 2026

We are straight with you about training, and about your data. Here is the deal, in plain English.

Who we are

David Haye Coach is operated by D HAYE AI LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 14547447), registered office Woodgate House, 2 to 8 Games Road, Cockfosters, Hertfordshire, EN4 9HN, registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO registration ZC211098). D HAYE AI LTD is the data controller. Contact: enquiries@davidhayeaccountability.com.

What we collect

One of the daily questions is about morning erections. We ask it because it is one of the few things a man can check himself that tracks testosterone, blood flow and sleep all at once, and because it tends to improve as body fat comes down.

That answer, along with your weight and the rest of your check-in, is health data, and the erection question also counts as data about your sex life. Under UK law that is special category data and it gets the highest level of protection.

We only collect it because you ticked a separate box to say we could, apart from the general terms. You can skip that question every single day and the programme still works. You can withdraw that consent at any time by emailing us, and we will delete it.

Why we collect it

Our legal basis is the contract between us for most of it, your explicit consent for the health data, and our legitimate interest in keeping the service running and secure.

Where it lives

Your data is held and processed by the services that run the programme: Supabase (our database), n8n (automation), Anthropic (the AI that helps write your coaching, which sees the numbers it is coaching you on), ElevenLabs (which produces the spoken voice notes, and those may speak your numbers back to you), Stripe (payments, they handle your card details and we never receive them), and Resend (email).

If you take the supplement stack, we pass Zapply what they need to send you a parcel. They are the supplier and they ship it, not us.

These providers process your data only to run this service. We never sell your data, and we never share it for advertising.

Instagram messages

If you message David Haye on Instagram, we read that message so we can reply to it. That is the only reason we have access.

What we see: the message you sent, your Instagram username and account number, and the earlier messages between you and us in that same conversation. We do not see your password, your friends, your photos, or anything you have not sent to us.

How the reply is written: by AI, using what you wrote and your earlier messages to us, and sent from David Haye's account.

We never sell it and we never hand it to anyone outside the services listed above. You can have it deleted at any time, see deleting your data.

How long we keep it

For as long as you are a member. Leave, or ask us to delete your data, and it is removed from our systems within 30 days. Payment records are kept longer where the law requires it for tax and accounting.

Your rights

Email enquiries@davidhayeaccountability.com for any of the above. If you are not happy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.

Your personal link

Your check-in link is your account. Anyone holding it can see your numbers, so do not share it. If you lose your phone, tell us and we will kill the old link and issue you a fresh one.

Cookies

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. The site stores one thing in your own browser, to remember that you have entered your access code, and it never leaves your device.
