You can have everything we hold on you wiped. No forms, no phone calls.

How to ask

That is the whole process. You do not have to give a reason.

What gets deleted

• Your account and your personal check-in link.
• Every check-in, weight, and answer you have given.
• Anything you typed into a free text box.
• Your messages with us, on Instagram and on WhatsApp.
• Your health data, including the special category answers.

What we have to keep

Payment records only, because HMRC requires us to hold those for six years. They are kept for tax and accounting and they are not used for anything else.

How long it takes

Within 30 days, and we email you to confirm when it is done.
